"I strongly recommend these people. Stop by and take a look before you buy any appliance. This is my second appliance to purchase from these folks. We upgraded what we would have been able to purchase by purchasing one of their refurbished appliances both times. We bought a washer and 6 months later we have purchased a refrigerator. These folks are reasonable people that are heavily invested in customer service and in making customers for life (long term thinking). You need to be flexible regarding delivery appointments and get that settled clearly before you purchase, but I’lll be their customer to lose whenever it comes to any appliance that my home would need. Try getting this kind of buy in at any other place. Issues are going to occur everywhere you do business, the difference is how those issues get addressed. What is that worth to you? Very satisfied after having an issue and getting it addressed."
