"Agreed to lease a washer and dryer over the phone, offered new equipment for an extra $3 weekly so of course. Had to wait two weeks for washer and dryer to arrive, and when they finally did, surprise surprise, no new ones available, but they couldn't tell me that over the phone, they told me at my door. Basically i had to take them in with the condition that my agreement would be modified since i was getting used equipment instead of new. Well, the washer died on the same day of delivery. Called for service and was offered replacement for new ones, but guess what, now I have to wait 2 more weeks because it is what it is..... I honestly would like to just to leave them out on the street and go back to Aarons, they are way more expensive but they deliver what is promised and don't make you wait that long.
Update : new washer and dryer has been delivered as promised. No complaints!"

I appreciate everything David helped me with, including delivering my stove and setting it up for me! I will definitely continue to do business with these folks!"
